When you fill out a holographic creation sheet you enter into the process of holocreation. The important thing is the process. The sheets make a very good focusing tool to keep our minds from wandering.
You may be tempted to do a holographic creation without writing it down, but that won't be nearly as effective. If you set aside time in the morning, you are more likely to do it, and you will be more effective at everything you do.
Spend twenty minutes each day writing down your emotions while being very detailed with your images. Then, when you are finished, let it go. You needn't be concerned with thinking about it or referring to your sheet. Your creation is active even when you're not thinking about it.
To begin, choose a category - you can be general or specific - and then write the category down. To the right of your category, write down something you are grateful for that is related to the category. For example, your category may be having a large home; you might be thankful for the home you already have. This brings gratitude to the forefront of your mind and your heart. You cannot create your holograph from a place which is lacking, needy or ungrateful.
Next, write down image details and emotions related to your category. Using the example of buying a black BMW, your corresponding emotion may be excited. Your image may be of the interior of the car as seen from the driver's seat - the leather steering wheel, metal and wood dash board, expansive windshield and luxurious details. Include the feel of the wind in your hair and the different electric noises the car makes as you adjust your cabin settings. Now all your image details are tied in with the corresponding emotion.
In another example, the category is the Hummer you want to own. You are grateful for your Volkswagen. Your image is that of you showing the Hummer to your friends, driving it around, and having people admire it. In your emotions you are feeling fun, rich, and powerful. Another image for the Hummer could be you four-wheeling in the mountains, where you feel bold, strong, or adventurous. In this way you can have more than one image/emotion combination for a single category.
Each category also must have action items. These are all actions that you will need to do in preparation for your manifestation. If you want a black BMW, an action item might be to test drive one. You might research BMWs online or talk to local BMW dealerships. For the beach house, action items might include researching homes for sale at your favorite beach, cutting out pictures of interiors or exteriors, or checking out local school districts.
If you are working on a big thing, you can write it down day after day for as long as you want. For example, if you are planning that vacation, you put down the date and use different details and different emotions each time. You can have short-term categories on your sheets along with the big items.
True value comes from the actual process of writing down the emotions and the image details. You can throw your sheets away when you're done if you'd like because your holographic creation now has enough energy to grow on its own. It will grow independently in the background, allowing you to spend your time and focus on other tasks.
