The Secrets To The Law of Attraction Are Changing Lives Worldwide

The secrets to the law of attraction have been enjoying increasing popularity ever since Rhonda Byrne made "The Secret", a movie with an accompanying book. Rhonda Byrne from Australia decided to go ahead and make "The Secret after she had suffered from numerous misfortunes, not only in a personal life, but also in her professional life. However, she was determined to pick herself back up off the ground after having come across a book which was published in 1910 by Wallace D. Wattles, called "The Science of Getting Rich".

In his astounding book about how to create abundant wealth, Wallace D. Wattles says that getting rich very rarely happens by luck. There is a science behind it, and this science, once known, can be applied by anyone, anywhere. As long as this law of attraction of wealth is adhered to, a person who is not all that intelligent, or even all that talented, can become rich; while if highly intelligent or talented people fail to follow the secrets to the law of attraction that pertain to the attraction of wealth, they will never become rich. The law will work for anyone regardless of how good or bad they are, too. (Although the way that a good person uses his money will be vastly different from how a bad person does.)

Wallace also goes on to say that contrary to how many people tend to think, hard work and sacrifices aren't necessarily the key to becoming rich. Instead, one must simply do things in a "Certain Way" and this "Certain Way", as he calls it, is essentially the secret with regards to the laws of attraction of wealth. It was after reading only the first few pages that Rhonda Byrne became thoroughly inspired.

"Something inside of me had me turn the pages one by one, and I can still remember my tears hitting the pages as I was reading it. It gave me a glimpse of The Secret and it was like a flame inside of my heart," says Rhonda Byrne of the first time she began reading 'The Science of Getting Rich'. She was clearly feeling attracted in a certain direction.

During the two months that followed, Rhonda realized that the secret is in actual fact an integral part of all the world's religions, just as its part of all great scientific breakthroughs. In fact, she discovered that it's been present for thousands of years with regards to philosophers and exceptionally successful businessmen. Once it became apparent to her that she had just discovered the secrets to the laws of attraction, she decided to call her movie "The Secret".

Essentially, the laws of attraction say that if we entrench something firmly in our mind, it will become a reality in time. In other words, it says that experience is preceded by one's imagination which in turn is responsible for all of life's experiences. The laws of attraction have absolutely nothing to do with misconceptions or distorted perceptions. It has nothing to do with magic and it has nothing to do with the illusions, but instead, one needs to realize that the secrets to the laws of attraction should be taken literally.

Basically, if your thoughts revolve primarily around matters such as poverty and lack of money, then you will for the most part live your life in such a way that you will repulse money rather than attract it. On the other hand, if you really and truly believe that you are becoming wealthy and that you are accumulating more money, then the way in which you behave will serve to attract money. As this begins to happen, you will begin to believe in it even more and in so doing, you'll end up attracting even greater wealth. While the law of attraction certainly can and does enable you to become wealthy, it can also be applied for the sake of having good health, or even a relationship of your dreams.

Although there were many successful people appearing in "The Secret", in order to act as living examples of how to make the law of attraction work in your favor, one particular person springs to mind. Bob proctor is an extremely wealthy philosopher and also a highly successful life coach who has been working in the field of mind potential since he was a young man back in the sixties. After he appeared in "The Secret", Bob went on to produce his own CD, book, and DVD set, called "The 11 Forgotten Laws of Attraction". Bob compiled this set in order to help people flesh out the details regarding how to go about using the secrets to the law of attraction in order to improve their daily lives.

Courage, Beliefs and Goal Setting And How To Make A Vision Board

While much has been written about goals little has been drafted about the courage needed to set goals in the first place.

It doesn't take much digging to see many people are living with fear, frustration and doubt. Who among us can say we haven't had a restless night worrying about what disaster could befall us the next day? The more I read about the science of thought ("The Field" by Lynne McTaggart for example) the more I'm convinced thoughts are things. Our thoughts can serve up dark images of despair or they can paint pictures of joy, laughter and deep abiding happiness.

It is our thinking, more than our surroundings, which determines our happiness level. Hold a thought and you will create an emotion. That emotion drives a behavior which in turn creates an event.To change your events you must first alter your thoughts.

For those of us who have spent any time reading Self Improvement literature 'positive thinking' is not a new idea. In fact it's almost tempting to read the 'thoughts are things' message and dismiss it as a cliché.

The challenge, for the majority of us, is to leave well worn path of pessimistic thinking to a place where your thoughts create feelings of happiness and joy. So how do you do it?

First know that your thoughts and emotions don't need to rule your life. They can in fact be harnessed to further your goals. The more you practice becoming conscious of your thoughts and emotions, the greater your ability to shape and control them. Therefore encouraging only those thoughts that will produce empowering emotions.

Think about the person you want to become. Picture that person going through their normal day. What are they wearing? Where are they going? How do they get there? Who do they spend time with and what kind of conversations do they have with others? What kind of contribution is this person, this "future you", making? Get clear on these images.

Now imagine how this person feels. What emotions do they carry with them? When you look at them at their very best, what words come to mind?

What kind of thoughts go through their mind? What thoughts would this person simply not give energy to? Need some help defining some of the positive beliefs and thoughts your future self will carry? Check out the StepOne Affirmation Library. It's well organized and filled with great quotes, beliefs and positive thoughts.

Once you've got clarity on your future thinking, take a moment and write the thoughts down. Capture both the positive thoughts your future self will carry and the negative thoughts you have today that your future self will discount.

You've just taken a significant step forward. What you have just done (or maybe you're just about to do) lays the foundation on which all your other work will stand. So what's next?

If you are building a StepOne Vision Board enter these thoughts in the Affirmations section of the 'My Profile' page. If you're not yet a StepOne member, print out your Positive Thoughts List on a piece of paper and your Negative Thoughts List on another sheet.

Know that we attract to us that on which our thoughts dwell. If our thoughts are about things we don't want we will attract those things to us; if our thoughts are about those things we do want, we will attract those things to us just as easily. So, think about what you want!

Post your Positive Thoughts List in a place where you'll be able to read them every day. As for your Negative Thoughts List, print that out too. Hold the Negative Thoughts List in front of you.Now promise to leave no place in your mind for these thoughts any further.

The thoughts may pass through your mind again but they will not be allowed to stay. Ideally, say this to yourself in the mirror as if you were making a solemn promise to your best friend. Now take that Negative Thoughts List and destroy it. What do I mean by destroy it? Crumple it up, cut it up, shred it or burn it over the sink.

Want to make this experience really powerful? As you're writing down your lists put on your favorite motivational music. Crank the volume! Building your Positive Thoughts List works best when you're on an emotional high and there's nothing like great music to get you there.

So you have got some clarity on your future self. You've defined the thoughts your future self will carry and those they will leave behind.

The next step is to apply all of this and change your day to day thinking.much easier said than done I know.

Here's the good news, if you can catch yourself holding a negative thought early enough you can usually stop it from turning into an emotional reaction. So how do you lift yourself out of negative thinking patterns? Try out the Rubber Band technique.

Get a rubber band that fits snuggly on your wrist. Each time you find yourself holding onto a thought that doesn't serve you, snap the rubber band.And not just a small wimpy snap. You're looking for a big, 'SNAP!'. The kind of snap that makes you wince. This is where the normal Rubber Band technique ends.

The StepOne version of the exercise takes itwella step further (forgive the pun). As soon as you've stopped reeling from the wicked snapping you've put on yourself repeat the positive thought you want to carry instead. If you can repeat it three times out loud (ideally you're not amongst friends when all this is happening as you'll get some strange looks) then you're hitting the sweet spot of mental reprogramming.

For example let's say you are working hard to reach and then maintain a certain weight.You have identified a negative thought you often repeat that goes something like 'Just eat whatever youlike, you'll never lose the weight anyways'. After giving yourself a proper snapping you quickly say 'I only eat food that strengthens and replenishes my body'.Repeat this three times.

You will find that in no time you will change your thinking around reaching a given goal.

Never forget that it's actually possible to benefit by using a vision board to get all need to live a great life. Live Courageously!

How To Use Law Of Attraction To Get Money

Money is magnetic energy. You are a magnet attracting to you all things, via the signal you are emitting through your thoughts and feelings.

If you want to attract money and become a powerful money magnet the firdt thing you need to do is intent and state to yourself and the universe how much you want to recieve, not amount you think you can earn.

You need to fall in love with money. Most people don't have enough money so they don't have a strong feeling for it. You should visualize and imagine yourself with the amount of money you want as if you already have it.

You need to be acting and thinking from the view point of already being a wealthy person. You need to rid you thoughts of the lack of money and avoid words like "I can't afford it" and "It is too expensive for me"

Do not speak or think of the lack of money for a single second. Be grateful for the money you have. Appreciate it as you touch it and make lists of all the things you will buy with an abundance of money.

To attract money you need to do what ever it takes to feel wealthy. be grateful for all the riches around you even if it is other pepole money and abundance, see the proof and appreciate it.

Be certain that money is coming to you. Love yourself and know that you are deserving and worthy of an abundance of money. Remind yourself everyday that you are a money magnet, and ask yourself often during the day, am I attracting money now or pushing it away with my thoughts?

You should say to yourself everyday that you are a money magnet and money is attracted to your easy and without effort. Another great way show yourself that you are worthy of money is to always pay yourself first even just a small amount before you pay anyone else.

You need to be specific, write out a check to yourself for the exact amount of money you want to receive and carry it with you at all times in you wallet or purse. Look at it often and do what ever it takes to feel good about it. Your feelings are really what attracted money and feelings of happiness and joy are very powerful.

How Can Meditation Help Your Business?

Running an Online Business requires one to maintain a certain strength of character.

Lets face it, the technical skills and techniques needed are easily learned. Its your mindset and strength of character that will bring you great success and set you apart from your competitors.

How do you maintain your clarity, dedication and industriousness on a day to day basis? What about maintaining a daily state of positivity and happiness and of belief, certainty and faith? How do you stay inspired, balanced, focused, enthusiastic and energised every single day?

There are so, so, so many techniques out there to help achieve this state of personal peak performance. I've tried a heap of them! Personal development programs, books, courses, affirmations, programming, courses, visualisations, and more courses!

Of all these techniques, I have found the most beneficial to be regular, daily meditation. Meditation combined with a short period of inner reflection or character building.

There are scientific studies into areas such as brain activity, brain synchrony and neurohormone levels, which have shown incredible results from the practice of meditation. One of the most noticeable effects I've found, is the increase in neurohormones.

This in turn, will be picked up on by your prospects and will make them more receptive to you and your business.

For me, I prefer to meditate first thing in the morning after a shower. It's the perfect set-up for the day ahead. But any time during the day or evening is fine too. All you need is half an hour.

The law of attraction is an age-old concept that revolves around the principle that what people constantly think about is transformed into their reality.

However, many people usually think twice about applying the law of attraction in their lives because they think it would mean sacrificing and giving up a part of their lives. Actually, getting the law of attraction to work for you is not that difficult. It is not expensive, too. One of the first law of attraction methods that you need to know is your commitment to teaching yourself to have a positive outlook in life. A more positive mentality will help you focus only on the bright side of life.

Visualization is another law of attraction method that will prove to be helpful in your quest for the fulfillment of your desires. When you visualize something, you not only create a concrete picture of what you want, you also create positive vibes. This law of attraction method will give you an idea of what your reality will be like.

We would all love to fulfill our desires. We would love to take matters into our own hands. By learning how to manifest what you want, you can do that. What you want is of no concern, it can be anything. Maybe you want that promotion, maybe you want a new car, maybe you want to earn more money. You cannot just sit around all day, every day, simply wishing to get what you want. You have got to make it happen. Manifesting can help you do that.

A lot of people know how to manifest. Some of them are incredibly famous or important people. Many of them are regular folks, just like all of us. It does not take special powers to be able to do it. You can be a king or a janitor. As long as you follow the right techniques, getting what you want is entirely possible.

There are a ton of different tools that you need to use in order to manifest properly. Fortunately, manifesting in this day and age is very common and all of the tools can commonly be found all over. However, just simply writing down what you want or finding pictures of them is the best way to put what you want out there.

Whatever you choose, your mind itself plays a huge part. The main aim here is to believe in your ability to fulfill your desires. You have to have focus. You have to be able to visualize. Concentration is key. With all of these things in place, know that you will get what you want at some point.

You just have to have faith that your desires will be fulfilled. You cannot think negatively. Positive thoughts are a must. Being positive will let you see how every piece fits together.

There are also steps you need to follow. You have to ask, first, for what you desire. You have to believe that you will receive it. You then have to release yourself to your belief. The final step is receiving what you wanted.

You can make law of attraction meditation work for you. You can use it to fulfill your wants and desires. It all comes down to following the techniques. They are varied, so we will discuss the most common ones throughout the course of this article. You will learn how it works and, more importantly, why it can work to fulfill your wants.

One of the first things you need to understand before we even dive into law of attraction meditation is law of attraction in general. In short, it is going to be your ability to attract what you want. That is why meditation is so important because that way you can visualize exactly what you want.

In fact, visualization is one of the most important techniques for meditating. It is one of the ways people begin. They visualize the things they want, the things they have to have. You might picture yourself getting a better job, a television, a new home - anything. Whatever you want, it does not matter as long as you keep the picture in your head.

Another way to achieve this power is by repeating the exact same phrase over and over again. This is almost like putting a request for your desired item out into the universe and allowing it to come to you. You can state things like 'I want to make more money', over and over again.

Still other practitioners of this meditation can get to a point where they are not thinking about anything. Focusing on nothing, or absolute quiet, empty space, can help you reach a remarkable level of calmness. However, it does take a lot of practice to get to this point. It is possible to do so, though, if you are determined.

The technique you choose does not matter. Whatever works for you is fine. The key is to remain completely positive. It is necessary to believe in your abilities. You must have faith that you have to power to fulfill your desires.
