An Example Of Allowing A Desire To Arrive On Its Own

I don't know why, but it seems we trip over the "allowing" part of the Deliberate Attraction formula more often than the other two parts. The Deliberate Attraction formula gives us a simple description of how to leverage the Law of Attraction so we can attract more of what we DO want and enjoy. The three steps are simply:

1) Become very clear about what you DO want.
2) Raise your internal vibration, through removing doubts and fears, so you are a vibrational match for your desire.
3) Allow your desire to come to you.

Much has been written already about the first two steps. You'll find lots of personal stories and succinct teaching in my articles at YouCanHaveItAll.com. But how do we "allow"--what do we need to do to actually receive what we so clearly desire, yet do not have?

Recently, I had a nice experience of what it feels like to "allow." I've been noticing that my office wastebasket is inadequately spilling over too often. It is just a little eight-inch sea-grass basket and it hardly holds two days worth of opened envelopes and crumpled paper. After months of mentally complaining about its lack of capacity, I finally asked myself, "So, what kind of wastebasket would I like?"

I began to imagine a sleek, black, matte finish wastebasket--about 15 inches high with a 12 inch diameter top, and tapered at the bottom. Yes, that would be adequate for a week's worth of trash from my office and it would look professional alongside my other black office accessories.

Next I collected data on possible wastebaskets. For about a week, every time I entered a building that might have my ideal wastebasket, I looked for it. I found step-on aluminum cans--no, I don't want to step on anything. I found black plastic trash bins with swivel lids--no, I don't want a swivel lid--I want an open receptacle so I can toss paper into it. I found black trash cans on wheels--too industrial looking. I found ceramic pots that were almost right--too heavy to empty out. I was noticing the price range went from $18.99 to $49.99.

Finally, I let it go. I told myself, "The right one will show up." And it did.

I was at the Hudson Bay Store, here in Victoria, BC, making a purchase when I decided to cash-in some of my "Reward Points" for a gift certificate. I had NEVER thought about cashing-in Reward Points before--it had never occurred to me to do so. I took the elevator to the fifth floor and while a delightful young lady at the Reward Counter prepared my gift certificate, my eye scanned across the isle. There I noticed A BLACK WASTEBASKET--just the size and shape I had pictured in my imagination. With gift card in hand, I swiftly crossed the isle and lifted the basket. "Ah, it is made of felt-board--very lightweight. Matte black finish with nail-head trim. About 14 inches high and 12 inches in diameter--tapered at the bottom. Very professional looking." I turned the basket upside-down to read the price: "$16.99." Very good! With my gift certificate in hand I proceeded to the checkout stand. When the clerk scanned the price, she gasped and asked me, "How much do you think this costs?"

"Well, the sticker says '$16.99'."

She was shaking her head in disbelief as she replied, "It's on sale for $5.00."

"Five dollars?" I asked, in complete surprise.

"Five dollars," she repeated.

"I'll pay cash and save my gift certificate!"

Can you imagine the joy I felt at that moment? Not only was the price right, but the manner in which my exact desire had come to me was absolutely delicious!

"Allowing" is simply the old adage: "Let go, and let God." It's "Detachment from the outcome." More like "Detachment from forcing something to happen."

Allowing is truly letting the Law of Attraction bring your desire into your sphere in its own time, place and manner. Allowing doesn't mean getting second best--it means allowing the Law of Attraction to bring your exact desire--in the BEST way possible.

Is there something you are not allowing through trying to make it happen or by wanting it a certain way or at a certain time? Let it go. Believe that the Law of Attraction WILL bring it to you in the perfect time and the perfect way. Believe it because that IS the law.

Personal Motivation, How Can We Achieve It?

Seriously a lot has been broadcast about individual motivation. Though I have written other books and finding great collections for private development is what people today actually wants.



Individuals ask me, "What's so hard about private motivation?"(Ley de Atraccion) Trying to guesstimate, I suspect the toughest part is to save it, ideally at every point. When we are going to the health club, we're employed out and then, we are completed. When we have to finish a task for work, we operate on it for a specific period, and then we complete it.

Determination is a distinctive "cookie", even bearing that in mind we want it to be there when it's time to go to the fitness center, needed to be there so as to finish a undertaking, we require it to be there when our youngsters can not even spell "power", after practicing for weeks. From my point of view, incentive is always needed to be present and it is the cause why people are so fascinated by having it.

The 3 major parts of determination are:



a) What are you targeting for?, what do you need?

b) Energy

c) Persistence



Of these 3 parts, persistence is possibly the only one with which most individuals struggle. Usually when we choose something, we know what we need. The energy is individual and for a fixed period of time we are prepared to give the finest of us. Nonetheless, right after a while, even the most inspired of us begin to actually feel less eager and usually finish up giving up or quitting, in particular if things do not happen fast enough.

This is precisely where the workings of persistence gets highly necessary and much obligatory. Those who continue to go after their goals and wishes are those who, commonly, get them. The pad may be hard, but victory is a lot sweeter and the outcomes obtained are rather more appreciated. Think about, next time you are about to give up and abandon your efforts, the outcomes may be ready simply around the corner. It might be a shame to abandon them there and not reach your location. With few of the already identified endurance, you can get a fair deal without seriously struggle.

9 Keys To Receiving and Creating Your Best Life

1. Give with love. It is easy to give, but give with the intention of really loving when you give to another. The Universe will love you back!

2. You deserve wealth and abundance ~ so don't fight so hard to prove you are not worthy! We are all guilty of that from time to time. You were born deserving of joy and wealth, and riches!

3. Say "thank you" vs. "oh, you shouldn't have." Watch all the ways in your life that you allow yourself to close the receiving door - many times with a slam!

4. Are you consciously receiving? If not, know you have that power. It's a choice, and you can allow yourself more love, beauty, wealth and true abundance in your life. You are a powerful creator, and create heaps of prosperity if you allow it!

5. Affirm, "I am a receiver, and I allow wealth to flow into my life". Find an affirmation you can stand behind, and one that feels good to you. It could be as simple as "open to receive...open to receive....."

6. Loving you is your most important job. It lays the foundation for all things that you will create and receive. The more you love yourself from an authentic place, the more you will find yourself receiving blessings from the Universe.

7. Think you need to work hard to earn your wealth? Think again, and choose to see the world through the eyes of energy. Everything is energy -- "Ask and you shall receive" has more truth than "working hard for your money!"

8. Know that the better you can receive, the more you will attract/create abundance. You are a receiver yes, and also a "receiver" meaning ~ in a vibration and attraction based universe, you need to set your dial to tune into what you want - and when you do, boom. Your receiving, in both terms of the word.

9. Guidance is yours, and you can ask for it! Intention, prayer, and seeing your vision in your minds eye are very powerful creative tools. You can however, be very specific -- remember, "ask and it is given!" You are meant to create your reality yes, but even more so you were meant to co-create your reality, so connect with your broader self, and your spiritual team.

When you go about manifesting legislation of attraction abundance, it's important to be clear what you want. Or else you operate the danger of manifesting the equal of an overgrown backyard complete of weeds into your lifestyle - it's received abundance but not what most of us would want.

The 1st guidance would be that love starts at home. What does it mean? If we use the ideas of the Law of Attraction (like pulls like) there is no way you can attract love if you do not feel it before, don't vibrate with the energy, don't live it in your life.

Therefore , practical advice: Start loving, appreciating and respecting your-self. Love your body, your personality and love the people around you, even if this isn't the way that you think it should be, love your life the way it is now.

The universe will see this "wave of vibration of love and energy" and it'll give you back more of it, and that could help you to get from where you are to where you wish to go.



How to attract the love of my life: Step 2

Express love. Feeling it, is just not enough, do acts of love. This doesn't have to be anything difficult, being good to somebody, take a coffee to your co-worker or just grin and greet people you come across with in the morning and you will be spreading love around you.

As you learned from the Law of Attraction (Ley de Atraccion), these good vibrations, not only will help chase away the "bad vibes" but attract more of these good vibes around you. The Law Of Attraction And Relationships

Have you ever had the experience of a stranger coming out of the blue and having a piece of information that you needed? Have you ever been steered away from making a mistake by a friend or stranger in the right place at the right time? Can you recall what this felt like?

Have you ever sensed your role in another person's manifestation of an experience? You perhaps gave them something, or did something that felt right for you and for them was an uncanny coincidence. Have you ever found yourself in the right place to provide something important for another person? Perhaps you felt compelled to talk to a stranger and you had the piece of information they were looking for?

I call this interplay between individuals 'Dancing.' We dance with others during every day of our lives. When we are open and willing, we participate and assist in the manifestation of their experience and others do the same for us. Some of these experiences are positive, and we feel like we are in the very flow of life. Other experiences are more challenging, or even negative, and can leave us questioning how we came to attract such a negative or painful experience into our lives.

Law of Attraction and Relationships:

As a therapist, coach and individual, I have come to understand the Law of Attraction as an extremely powerful force which effects our lives, whether or not we are aware of how it is working at any one time. Simply put, what we give our focus, emotion, and attention, we attract into our lives. Moving towards deliberate attraction requires an awareness of our intention, attention and emotional state. In a sense, we move from subconsciously creating events in our lives to consciously and deliberately affecting our experience.

When talking about the law of attraction in relationships, several questions come up. These include: Can we attract a specific person into our lives? Am I responsible - did I attract - this abuse from my colleague, partner, friend, or family member? How can I attract the relationship I want?

One of the issues these questions have in common is a search for where our responsibility ends and another person's begins.

Matching (Picking our Partners)

Everyone that you attract into our lives and engage with, are a match to something that you are vibrating at either a conscious or subconscious level.

If we want to know what you are vibrating, look at who you are attracting. It is a perfect match!

There are different kinds of matches to our vibrations. The most obvious is when we get a similar match.

Ideally, we want to feel empowered, optimistic and joyful and attract other empowered and optimistic people to us in all aspects of our life. When this happens, there is a sharing and connection that feels wonderful. It is a perfect match!

When feeling down, (low vibration), you may attract a friend who calls to complain about all the things they are down about. In this case, our low vibration is attracting someone of similar vibration. We will often engage with the person and stay at that low vibration or perhaps collectively go lower. How does this feel?

Other Matches

Have you ever had a friend or client stuck in a 'victim vibration' who seemed to attract abusive partners in their romantic or business relationships? Their vibration as a victim can be a match to a potential abuser. A second match to the 'victim vibration' is the rescuer. Rescuers, victims and abusers create what we know as the 'victim' or 'drama' triangle. These three roles vibrate matches to each other and individuals often get stuck moving from point to point in the triangle. In one relationship they may be the victim. IN the next, they mat be the rescuer or the abuser.

For example, many of the youth I have worked with in custody fall into this trap. They are often violent to 'rescue' a friend or to avenge a wrong. When caught, they feel victimized by police. When sentenced to custody, they feel like a victim of the justice system. They talk about getting even (offender role), blaming others for their situation (victim role) and wanting to stay with their boy or girl friend to keep them from getting into trouble (rescuer role). They continue to attract the same three matches into their lives and custody becomes a revolving door.

There are other less obvious variations of this triangle. Chronically sick individuals, very desperate or needy people, often vibrate matches for people who try to help them or use them in some way.

DRAMA TRIANGLE

Vulnerability

Most children and many adults live their lives unconscious of the law of attraction and the many other forces at work in creating their experience. Such people are unaware of the effect of their attention, focus and emotions. Their energy may be scattered rather than focussed and their emotions may be mixed and reactive. Such people are 'vulnerable' and can become unconscious participants in the more focussed and deliberate manifestation of others.

We know that most offenders pick their victims. This is a fact. They unconsciously or consciously match vulnerable children, adults, (banks etc.) at an intuitive level. Younger children, the elderly, or adults with disabilities are often chosen for this reason. Children, and some adults are then vulnerable to become part of a more deliberate plan and action by someone with greater intention, emotion and focus.

In addition, there are individuals who use these same laws of attraction to manifest power for themselves, or harm to others. They believe they are right, entitled, or are unconsciously driven to such experiences. In some cases their focus is collective and extremely powerful. Terrorists and other fear-based organizations are examples of this dynamic.

Free Choice

I once had a very amazing conversation with a Native teacher about the three concepts of destiny, potential, and free choice. To the best of my recollection, this is how he defined these concepts.

Destiny: Is an opportunity to fulfill a life's purpose. It is a predetermined circumstance that will manifest at some point in life. Some Native groups believe that we are born with predestined challenges that were agreed upon by our ancestors before our birth. Other Native groups believe that there are 'deals' made with other souls before birth to be part of their enlightenment challenge here on earth.

Potential: When we are challenged, the experience has the potential to be a powerful healing or destructive force. If we rise to the challenge and act out of integrity and grace, we heal both present and past issues related to the event. If we fail the challenge, we hurt ourselves and others involved.

Free Choice: We all have free choice. This is why we cannot attract a person to us who does not want to engage with us. We choose whom we engage with and we choose our actions.

We attract matches into our lives. It is our choice to engage with them or not. We are responsible for our actions. They are responsible for what they choose to do.

As we become more aware, we can also consider matches and experiences as powerful information and feedback as to what we are vibrating. We can also choose to engage or not engage, stay or leave. We can also choose to use this information to move ourselves to a different level of vibration.

Implications for Law Of Attraction Practitioners

Working with Others

Many of my coaching and counseling clients have been engaged in some form of the drama triangle (above). I have found the Law of Attraction tools to be very helpful in teaching an awareness of their emotions and how they are affecting their experience. They can learn that when they are in a 'poor me,' or 'victim' vibration, they are going to attract matches and choose to engage or not. They also learn the importance of changing their vibration and witnessing a change in the people they attract. By choosing a different vibration, they become empowered and even begin to heal!

Implications for Practitioners and Coaches

For law of attraction practitioners and coaches, we put out the intention of assisting others and attract such experiences to ourselves in the form of clients. We offer ourselves as 'helpers' for individuals who are choosing to manifest events in their lives. This experience is often very intuitive and joyful. We feel like we are in the flow of life.

Have you also experienced this intention bubbling over to experiences outside of you practice as well?

At times, we will attract people who will want to elevate us to heroes and rescuers. They will say things like "no-one understands me but you." "Without you I would be lost...." They want direct advice - for you to make the decisions. This however, does not empower, it keeps them in their comfortable 'victim' role. Counselors and coaches may become seduced into the role of rescuer and join the client in the drama triangle. How might this impact our lives outside of the office?

As law of attraction practitioners and coaches, we can share powerful information and tools to empower others to make their own decisions and assume a new kind of responsibility in their relationships. We can empower others to dance with grace and integrity towards joyful and fulfilling relationships!

How to Get The Love of My Life Using The Secret?

When we are trapped by love and become our own generator of "good vibes and energy", we do an "inner cleanse". As the seasons change and we review our closet, recycle some things and others we just put them away. We should do the same with our feelings.



It is important that "You forgive your-self and forgive those who hurt you or made you suffer in a relationship." I know, it sounds easier than it is, but you have got to try.



Today I should share one of my favourite exercises, straightforward but extremely powerful.

First sit in a quiet place and write on tiny pieces of paper things you need to forgive you for "I excuse myself for being extraordinarily possessive" or "I pardon myself for my issues" also create a list of things you need to excuse others for. Example: "I forgive X for having insulted me", or "I forgive Y for making me felt bad". Make as many papers as you required. Then, finish with one or two wishes for your current love life (might be something similar to "I love, accept and respect myself" or "I love my life and I love being encircled by so much love and respect "). When you've all the papers ready, the fun is preparing to begin!

Turn on a kitchen stove, a candle or whatever it is you want and burn one at a time all those papers. Keep the papers with your good wishes for the end.

Do it, sounds straightforward but , it is actually a liberating exercise.

How to attract (Ley de Atraccion) the love of my life

Now you are free from past burdens; you are prepared to receive love in your life. My advice is that you know obviously what you need. Many people believe that the Law of Attraction does not work for them because they attract the results that they don't want. That is fully wrong. You attract what you have in your mind's eye and your heart. It's therefore critical to understand what you manifest.

If you've got no concept or your concepts are confusing, an easy exercise you can do is ask, "What do I want to bring into my life?" "How do I want to feel?" "What emotions and feelings I'd like to experience on daily basis ?" These questions will help you to clear your thoughts and focus and visualize your dream life. Write the answers you come up with, don't judge, just write and let it "rest." The following day, review your answers and change or add whatever you suspect is obligatory. With this we will be taking the initial steps to manifest our wishes.

Many people start to apply the Law of Attraction and "The Secret" to typically manifest material things. what about the pursuit of happiness and inner well-being? Can these concepts help us to manifest joy, health and wealth?

When folks hear "The Secret" and L. O. A for the 1st time, almost 90% of them think about how to draw in material things into their lives. A new automobile, new house, more cash, jewellery or possibly a new PC, are things that usually appear on dreams boards and visualizations. However what about people who have an interest in personal development? Who seek happiness, welfare or peace? Can "The Secret" help them?

The answer to that query is yes.

I suspect it is an angle that is usually left at the back in the daily practice of the Law of Attraction (Ley de Atraccion). Below we have answered some of the most typical questions we receive:

How to use the "The Secret" ideas ' to draw in welfare, peace and contentment?



Well, let's go step-by-step, first let's review some important concepts to grasp why "The Secret" is ideal for those seeking welfare and personal development.

2 Key Concepts of "The Secret" that can help you in your daily happiness:

1. "As above, so below. As within, so without" "The Secret" relies on the concept that our reality is simply a mirror of what we live, think and feel within. it is anticipated the better and more plentiful you are feeling within yourself, the more and easier (naturally and easy) it's going to reflect on your reality.

2. "Ask, believe and receive" Here we're employed with the ideas that help us a to develop our inner journey. " Ask" means to know obviously what you want, in this case the feelings and sensations that we would like to join us (confidence, contentment, joy, peace, love, etc ...). Gratitude is the most practical answer to an appalling day or when you're about to fall down. Express appreciation either writing or just through a idea. Thank all what you have around you more of the good things will come. And my advice, thanks to your issues and challenges because they're the ones which make you grow up and stronger. Indeed, be thankful every day and you will witness the results.

5. Beware

Look after your body, fill it with energy. What has to do with the Law of Attraction (Ley de Atraccion)? Very much! The better you're feeling internally, the more and better things you will attract into your life. Besides looking after your body, helps you to improve your energy and keep you in robust health.

So what are you able to do to take care of your body? These are some ideas:

1. Walk 15 minutes a day.

2. Drink water.

3. Meditate at least 10 minutes (here is the perfect moment to make your visualizations).

4. Express love. Wish to attract more love and joy into your life? Start feeling it yourself and see how your environment follows you. How? Your Dream Routine to Practice the Law of Attraction (Part I)

You like the Law of Attraction, have read about, but do not know the way to start? So many techniques and exercises are driving you silly! Consider the simplest and potent exercises to apply the Law of Attraction in your day.

I would say that to apply the Law of Attraction is like exercising your body, should be performed frequently. We need a little time though not much, so it's very important to look at your calendar and find 10 to 15 minutes in the day to devote to your-self and its practice (I guarantee you, it's worthwhile).

Today I am sharing with you some very effective and very easy to express exercises about what you are wishing. Should we get started?



Let's begin with "Your Routine of Attraction":

1. Make your dream board or mandala



This exercise is simple, fun and has reported nearly 90% of effectiveness. You have to spend some time doing it (about 20 to 30 minutes) and then only one or two minutes a day to like it. Shall we examine what it is.

The dream board is an especially useful tool to implement the Law of Attraction (Ley de Atraccion) and remembered during your day. You can do this on paper or on your PC to have it as wallpaper. That is totally your decision.



Fundamentally you want footage, words, phrases that induce you and have an idea of what you want to attract into your life. It may involve only 1 area or you can stick as many photographs and phrases as you would like representing all areas of your life.

For example: You put a picture of the house you like, as there is where you want to live. You can put an image of yourself with your companion or a happy couple to remember how ecstatic you feel giving and receiving love. You can put photos of notes to remind you that abundance is with you everywhere and such like. If you've never done it, try it, you'll be super fun and galvanizing.

2. Create your confirmations



Confirmations are a vital element of the process of manifestation in the Law of Attraction. Why are so important? As the event occurs when our thoughts, emotions and actions meet in the same place (consistency). Affirmations help us to keep our thoughts aligned with our vision and need.

Every time you find yourself thinking and feeling something that does not bring you closer to your desires, substitute it with a motivating and galvanizing confirmation. What type of phrases you can use to build a confirmation? Again it is dependent on you, but these are some general guidelines:

Tips to build an affirmations of attraction:

1. Write them in present tense.

2. They ought to be positive statements.

3. They should encourage you, galvanize you and cause you to feel better.

4. They can be very short and general as "every day and everywhere I feel better" or more in particular as "I (name) am in the procedure of doubling my monthly income before the end of this year." Again it depends on you and your wishes to manifest.

3. Do I have to contemplate my need all of the time?



Here I say it depends. We all know that positive thinking doesn't express things in our lives. The key is the emotions and feelings that we put into those thoughts. Therefore , pay special attention to the thoughts having a lot of emotion on your side. These thoughts should be positive and full of vibrations that would help you to get closer and to manifest what you need rather than pulling you away.

For example: You are trying to attract more money into your life. Every day you spend 5 minutes saying: "The excess and wealth come to me consistently and unexpectedly", but as soon as you leave your house, you open your wallet to pay bus fare and say "Oh I am so poor" or stop by a store and say "at that price, impossible." For more time that you spend visualizing, all of these other self-destructive thoughts and emotion will play against you.

So in order to practice the Law of Attraction (Ley de Atraccion) properly you need to observe and pay attention to your thoughts during the daytime, particularly to those who are piled high with emotion and feeling and as fast as you find a idea that does not work, substitute it with a more motivating, helpful and that gets you nearer to your wishes

4. How long do I have to attend to see my wants come true?



This is a tough one and I answer you, it depends. The LOA works automatically but depends on us, our beliefs and a thing by the name of the "Law of Gestation".

Why do I say "us and our beliefs?", because our convictions and doubts influence enormously. Most of us accept that if we go out now and need a place to park the vehicle, we'll find a place simply, though not everybody believes they can double their revenue in no more than 2 months. Then, the degree of trust and religion you have in your wish influences the time that would take to attain it.



And what is the "Law of Gestation" about? Well, this law says that regardless of if we put 9 pregnant moms together, they won't give a child in 1 month. This suggests that as much as we push, things will not shorten, everything takes time. From this point of view, I invite you to see the LOA not as a "lifeline" for when you are drowning in issues, but as a lifestyle in a way of thinking, feeling and living your life.

3rd mistake: Inaction



It is extremely common that people refer to the LOA as simply to "visualize what I need and think positive" and done. T hey just do the psychological part, therefore never see excellent results.

There is no Attraction without Action and this action, this initial step has to come from you. You've got to show the Universe, give "signals" you are moving towards what you truly want and want.

For instance, you want to attract a new auto? Well, start finding out about brands, prices on parking lots and where you would leave it when you drive it to work. Starts to "act as if" was underway and you have got to prepare for it.

These small actions will trigger a series of "coincidences" to attract what you need.

Now that you know of these errors, how can I commence with the Law of Attraction?

Reread this tract, think if you've been making some of these errors and make a plan of action to stop it. These are my guidelines to resume the practice of the Law of Attraction (Law of Attraction) in your life.

1. Start Tiny. Select something simple and clear that you would like to manifest and work on it for a bit, a week or 10 days. Trust and just concentrate on what you would like to manifest.

2. Keep a "Manifestation Journal". When you've achieved something you want, get it down. Take a "Manifestation Book" with all your feats and manifestations. This journal will help you to build faith in your powers of attraction (essential step to express) and in turn to be thankful for everything you already have and are enticing into your life.

Nobody told us this when we were children and if it looks so straightforward, many people every day are asking: How can I make the Law of Attraction truly work? Today we are answering the most frequently raised questions (listen, perhaps you have had the same doubt).

1. How do I Get my ex partner?

This is a commonplace question. So many folk wish to attract others into their lives or the person who they are with change and everything would be perfect. Unfortunately, I need to say the Law of Attraction does not work that way.

The Law of Attraction (Ley de Atraccion) works all the time for ourselves, but we will not influence the behavior or opinion of others, but what we can affect who do we attract into our lives. For instance, if we imagine being encircled by ecstatic folk, inspiring, ready to help and make us feel good, it is very likely to draw in such folks around us (or those already around us with negative energy change their perspective or leave us alone).

Ok, I know what you are going to say, "so the Law of Attraction does have effect on others" and the answer to you is again, no. You're the one who changed; your mind, thoughts and energy are reflected in your surroundings.

The best advice is: Think about how you wish to feel in your private relations, what do you want to live, what emotions you need to experience, and based on this see how folks around you change.



2. I cannot visualize, how do I do it?



That may be a exceedingly commonplace query; it normally shows up among Law of Attraction practitioners.

What I tell you here is that visualizing is similar to any other muscle; you've got to "work it out". The more you practice, the better you get at it.

3. Which path you take to work?

4. Where do you keep your passport?

5. What is in your refrigerator?

I recommend that you practice; these easy questions will help you with your Law of Attraction visualizations.

Law of Attraction: The 3 Commonest Mistakes (Part I)

Have you tried applying the Law of Attraction and have not seen any results? Are you feeling exasperated, exhausted? Do you think "That's not for me" or "Yes, the Law of Attraction works except for others" or worse "I'm enticing the opposite". Then I invite you to read this draft that I believe holds the key to clear your disappointment and change your results.

Many of us try every day to apply the LOA and by end of the day have a bitter taste and say to themselves "It does not work for me." First, let me clarify the Law of Attraction works for everybody and all of the time (doesn't matter if we are mindful of it or not).

Now, if the Law of Attraction (Ley de Atraccion) works, why you haven't yet achieved what you want? Or worse, why it is that you are enticing quite the reverse? Something is certainly wrong and will be changed.

Here, I leave you a list with some of the most common mistakes we make and that never would bring us closer to our desires:

1st mistake: Anxiousness



The majority need many things and desire them now, and though the Law of Attraction works fast, there are times (and mostly an issue of internal dialogue and doubt) things look as if they were not working, like they were never moving.

And agree with it or not, things are happening, they are "brewing". However what people usually do? They lose patience, become put off, they start to say "The Law of Attraction does not work for me" and return everything to nil (or maybe worse)

So , advice: Don't get daunted. Go forward and have faith and perseverance. Look at others who have achieved what you want to achieve, get provoked and away from the bad vibes and destructive feelings. Repeat to yourself "There is no failure, just learning."

2nd mistake: Doubts



Everybody starts the same way, full of energy and just brooding about what they want to attract instead of what they do not want. However over a period of time that little inner voice (which is silent initially but slowly starts to gain more space) begins to say "This is not working" or "I don't think we are doing well" , a nd hearing that voice is the worst that might occur, because manifestly hearing it, we ended up doing the wrong thing and having no results.

So what to do when doubts and negative thoughts invade us? The solution is easy, is known as appreciation.

We cannot be doleful and thankful at once, or scared and thankful, or depressed and thankful, those feelings just do not mix. So as quickly as you sense those "feeling blue moments" coming, write down a list (psychological, in your telephone or a notebook) of 5, 10, 15 things, folk or scenarios in your present life to be grateful for. (And I'm not chatting nearly super crucial things like being alive and also to appreciate those tiny things which make us more happy "that cup of coffee in the morning" or "the smile of my son before going to sleep" , etc)
