Your Perfect Routine to Practice the Law of Attraction (Part I)

You like the Law of Attraction, have read about, but don't know how to start? So many methodologies and exercises are driving you insane! Consider the best and powerful exercises to apply the Law of Attraction in your day.

I'd say that to apply the Law of Attraction is like exercising your body, should be performed regularly. We need a short while although not much, so it's important to look at your calendar and find 10 to 15 minutes in the day to give to your-self and its practice (I promise you, it's worth it).

Today I am sharing with you some intensely effective and so easy to express exercises about what you are wishing. Should we get started?



Let's begin with "Your Routine of Attraction":

1. Make your dream board or mandala



This exercise is easy, fun and has reported almost 90% of effectiveness. You have got to spend some time doing it (about 20 to 30 minutes) and then just a few minutes a day to like it. Let's see what it is.

The dream board is an especially helpful tool to carry out the Law of Attraction (Ley de Atraccion) and remembered during your day. You can do this on paper or on your P. C to have it as wallpaper. That is fully up to you.



Essentially you want photos, words, phrases that inspire you and have an idea of what you want to attract into your life. It might involve just one area or you can stick as many photos and phrases as you need representing all areas of your life.

For example: You put a picture of the house you love, as there is where you need to live. You can put an image of yourself with your partner or a contented couple to remember how happy you are feeling receiving and giving love. You can put footage of notes to remind you that profusion is with you everywhere and the like. If you've never done it, try it, you'll be super fun and provoking.

2. Create your confirmations



Affirmations are a very important element of the method of manifestation in the Law of Attraction. Why are so crucial? Because the event happens when our thoughts, feelings and actions meet in the same place (consistency). Confirmations help us to keep our thoughts aligned with our vision and wish.

Every time you find yourself thinking and feeling something that does not bring you closer to your desires, substitute it with a motivating and galvanizing confirmation. What type of phrases you can use to build a confirmation? Again it is dependent on you, but these are some general guidelines:

Pointers to build a confirmations of attraction:

1. Write them in present tense.

2. They ought to be positive statements.

3. They should inspire you, motivate you and make you feel better.

4. They can be short and general as "every day and everywhere I feel better and better" or even more particularly as "I (name) am in the midst of doubling my monthly earnings before the end of this year." Again it relies on you and your wants to manifest.
