Your Ideal Routine to Practice the Law of Attraction (Part II)

3. Fill your Attraction Book

This journal wants to record all the stuff you have manifested in your life (from something simple like a place to park as something huge like changing roles), write down everything.

The idea is to remember your achievements, fill you up with contentment and build confidence in your powers of manifestation. Remember that one of the keys to the Law of Attraction is to remove the doubt and have faith. This diary helps you with it.

It is excellent for those days when you do not feel the energy. What to do? Simple, read your diary, remember your feats, get provoke and change your state. Once a gain, simple to do and extremely effective.

4. Expresses Gratitude

Gratitude is the best partner to the L. O. A. Why? Because you can't be irritated, irritated, depressed, sad and be grateful and grateful at the same time.

Thanks is the best answer to a bad day or when you are about to fall down. Express thanks either writing or simply thru a thought. Thank all what you have around you more of the good stuff will come. And my information, thanks to your Problems and challenges because they are the ones that make you grow up and stronger. Indeed, be grateful each day and you can experience the results.

5. Beware

Look after your body, fill it with energy. What has to do with the Law of Attraction (Ley de Atraccion)? Very much! The better you feel internally, the more and better things you'll attract into your life. Besides looking after your body, helps you to enhance your energy and keep you in sound health.

So what can you do to look after your body? Here are some ideas:

1. Walk 15 minutes a day.

2. Drink water.

3. Meditate at least 10 minutes (here is the perfect moment to make your visualizations).

4. Express love. Need to attract more love and joy into your life? Start feeling it yourself and see how your environment follows you. How? You can start your day with a smile, greet people while watching them in the eye, tell your loved ones how much they mean to you and treat others as you want to be dealt with. I assure you spot the difference.

I hope that these exercises give you an axiom of the simplest way to apply the Law of Attraction in your daily existance. No need to do all the exercises, only select those you like and practice them.
