You have the power to control your day. That was the enjoyable idea I brought away from the movie, "The Secret". Whether I am happy or sad depends on my thoughts that are controlling my emotions. Those emotions are controlling my actions. Sometimes I am happy, sometimes I'm not. It's up to me and my thoughts, and how those thoughts govern my emotions, and thus my actions. In my life, I use the law of attraction techniques so that my goals are aligned and set up for me top reach them.
You can improve your life by using these three law of attraction techniques.
1. Visualization. If you're having problems focusing on your goals, use this technique, but it isn't easy.
Staying focused is not easy when your mind is echoing with thoughts like the noise in a busy train station. Worries, deadlines, and problems keep us in the dark when it comes to the visualization of our goals. Can't concentrate? Drop what you're doing and do something you love. By engaging this very important tip, the law of attraction will become easier for you. When some semblance of order has returned to your mind, your goals and dreams should become the major preoccupation of your thinking self.
The major tenet of the law of attraction is that like attracts like. That is why positive thinking and visualization are such a large part of the method. However you choose to worship, or not, is meaningless regarding the law - how you think is what brings good or bad things into your life. Ultimately, we are responsible for the physical experiences of our lives. Consciously or subconsciously, we attract those experiences.
2. Gratitude.Life-changing is a good term to describe being thankful. So simple an act can have a profound impact on your life.
Giving thanks has had a great impact on my life. I am happier and intrinsically better when I show gratitude to others, to luck, and to myself.
Every day, wake up and give thanks.
Before you arise, lay abed and examine each thing for which you are grateful. So doing will flush you with positive energy to propel you successfully through the day.
Though life always throws some curve-balls, be thankful for them.
Self-pity is unacceptable. Challenges should not reduce you to that state. Being thankful for your challenges sets you on the path to overcome them.
Having a bad day? Sit down and make a gratitude list.
No matter how bad the circumstances of the day in which you find yourself, you can always find something that brings you joy or gratitude.
No matter how little it may be, give thanks for what you have.
It's a simple law of attraction tool and you've probably heard it many times before. Be happy for what you have because there are always others who suffer through life with much less than you do. Do you live in a slum? Are you hungry? Are you poorly clothed? Do you work in a sweatshop for low wages? Start thinking about those factors and realize just how well-off you are.
3. Tomorrow always comes and it's just the same as yesterday without action.
Though rather simplistic in approach, "The Secret", a movie, sets about illuminating the law of attraction. The action required to manifest wealth is not given enough play, it seems that visualization and positive thinking is all that's needed. Whether you want to drop a few pounds or find your soul mate, the law of attraction demands more than just sitting around wishing extra hard that either will suddenly happen.
Action, that's what this feel-good movie skims over. The law of attraction requires action.
You have goals, you have aspirations, you have hope, but things such as children, work, bank accounts, and other folks get in the way when you attempt to take the steps to turn your nightmares into dreams.
Changing your life should not be sidetracked by the very things you're wanting to change. Try these tactics.
Rolling the same old idea over and over in your mind will lead nowhere except into a bigger and bigger circle. Perfection is another bugaboo. Always strive for it, but don't let it stop you. A cup with a chip is better than no cup at all. Each journey starts with a step. Don't try to leap ahead. You'll tire yourself before reach your destination.
Keep your goals in mind. Follow the guidance above. Soon you'll be living the life you've dreamed about. The law of attraction will give it to you.
