Creating More Abundance in Your Life

By Mary Morrissey

Many people feel like they are not living an abundant life, are you one of those people? Do you feel like you are searching for more love, more money, or more success?

A person with an abundant life is one who first shares his or her own wealth. You replenish the world around you with a portion of your worth and thus move forward, yourself.

1. Take the good you have and bless it. To build a greater consciousness of abundance, through which you can build your greater life dream, turn your attention from "only" thinking -"I only have this or that" -and replace those thoughts with blessings. If you hold your breath too long, you become unconscious. The life-giving act of breathing requires you to exhale as much as you inhale. So fill the world around you with a portion of your worth and you yourself become replenished.

2. Recognize that there is one source but many channels. Your source has infinite ways to bless you. If your bank account is high, you might feel prosperous. If an emergency wipes you out the next day, you may label yourself poor. Yet you have not changed. By aligning ourselves with our source, from which all channels flow, we remain prosperous, regardless of our circumstances.

3. Practice giving without expecting or worrying about what you will get out of it. Start by making small changes. For example, you can start by tithing. Start with 5 or 10 percent of your income, and you will establish a balanced flow and feel yourself giving effortlessly.

When you infuse your life and the lives around you with giving, you cannot help but have a greater good circle back into your life. We bless our material good by recognizing we have something to give. Abundance evolves through giving; it matters not if you have only pennies to give.
