Of course people think of wealth when they learn of the law of attraction. Why not? The universe is a vast reality full of all kinds of wealth; why not draw upon it to snatch the freedom and peace of mind that wealth can offer?
Ask anybody who's been both rich and poor, "Which is better?" The answer will be a resounding, "Rich!"
Following are some tips to rev the engines of your own wealth-attracting machinery.
First, if you have negative thoughts about your life or if you have negative people in your life, get rid of them. The law of attraction demands that you keep your mind focused and your goals visualized in order to realize the positive things you want our of life. Once you've started towards your goal to turn your life around, bystanders, friends and strangers alike, may sneer and try to discourage you. What do you do?
Don't let these folks throw you off your path. They probably are trying to protect you from disappointment or hurt. Folks usually aren't negative on purpose; perhaps they don't understand what you already know; that it takes much faith, desire, and perseverance to be successful, to attract wealth.
Your first steps are often your most arduous. You should probably avoid these folks for the time being. Encouragement from these folks? "No way!" you say. Stand back, some of these folks will be offering words of support.
Second - dream big. The universe is big, so ask of it in a big way. There's no need to dream small. Don't think in terms of realism. Don't dampen your demands or dreams based on realism. Set a goal and make it yours.
Don't temper you goal with the word "realistic". Opt for "far-fetched". Far-fetched goals are often easier to reach than "real" ones. You've got lot more competition when you opt for "realistic goals". Most people opt for those. Do you think Bill Gates had decided that his company would be a small, "realistic" company? Probably not. Having a decent job, getting by, those are the so-called goals of many. But that's exactly what they got - not much.
Take the point: If you can have anything you want, go for that which would please you most. Really now. Would you rather get by or would you rather be a wealth magnet?
Third, don't forget the action! Of course, sitting around contemplating your navel isn't going to do anything except helping to better know your navel. No matter how hard you focus, a truck full of gold coins isn't waiting down the lane waiting for your visualization to register strong enough so it can pull up and dump those coins into your garden.
