Your Ideal Routine to Practice the Law of Attraction (Part II)

3. Fill your Attraction Journal

This book aims to record everything you have manifested in your life (from something straightforward like a place to park as something big like changing jobs), write down everything.

The idea is to remember your achievements, fill you up with contentment and build confidence in your powers of manifestation. Remember that one of the keys to the Law of Attraction is to remove the doubt and have faith. This diary helps you with it.

It is good for those days when you don't feel the energy. What to do? Straightforward, read your diary, remember your accomplishments, get inspire and change your state. Once a gain, straightforward to do and very effective.

4. Expresses Appreciation

Thanks is the best partner to the LOA. Why? As you cannot be frustrated, angry, depressed, miserable and be thankful and thankful at the same time.

Gratitude is the most practical answer to an appalling day or when you're about to fall down. Express appreciation either writing or just through a idea. Thank all what you have around you more of the good things will come. And my advice, thanks to your issues and challenges because they're the ones which make you grow up and stronger. Indeed, be thankful every day and you will witness the results.

5. Beware

Look after your body, fill it with energy. What has to do with the Law of Attraction (Ley de Atraccion)? Very much! The better you're feeling internally, the more and better things you will attract into your life. Besides looking after your body, helps you to improve your energy and keep you in robust health.

So what are you able to do to take care of your body? These are some ideas:

1. Walk 15 minutes a day.

2. Drink water.

3. Meditate at least 10 minutes (here is the perfect moment to make your visualizations).

4. Express love. Wish to attract more love and joy into your life? Start feeling it yourself and see how your environment follows you. How? You can begin your day with a grin, greet folks while watching them in the eye, tell your friends how much they mean to you and treat others as you would like to be handled. I guarantee you notice the difference.

I hope that these exercises give you a guideline of the easiest way to apply the Law of Attraction in your everyday life. No need to do all the exercises, only select those you like and practice them.
